Hi

seems like u forgot to attach the screen shot.
if you are getting pending file rename operations try this step;

When trying to install a Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 client, the installation fails with the message "Pending system changes that require a reboot have been detected"

http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2007121609023348

please attach the screen shot if not.

Hope this will work...~r

Hi,
I m very sorry that I forgot to attch the pics. But, now I attached the pic. But, try to explain also:

-->  It's installed, but showing that "Anti virus & Antispyware protection" is not properly installed & could be damaged the virus definition.
-->  Proactivethreat protection is in "OFF" status.
--> And both of them are not updating.

but, picture would be best to understand.

Hope this will work...

Hi, did u see the attachment?

Hi,
did u see the attachment? I think only downloading this definition is not the solution. Coz, I've installed it in total 9 PC, only 2 of them causing this problem. So, there must be another solution, so that, everything will update autometically.
