Hi,
Any one please inform me about renew product information?
I am using SEP 11.0 from March 15 2008, 10 users licensed for 1 year. But, I need to renew it for 1 year more. Is the renewal price same compare to new product price or less?
And if the price $400 then how much would be the renewal price include/exclude VAT?

I can't comment on pricing, but it should be cheaper, you are effectively renewing your support contract with us, which enables the continued use of our content.
You should contact the reseller you purchased the software from in the first place - if they haven't already been in touch with you - you should have received some sort of notification by now.

Renew through online

Yesterday, I tried to renew SEP 11.0 throgh online, but there is a message after using the seriel number: "Unfortunately we are unable to renew the product online" & advised to contact with the reseller. why this is not possible in online?

Hello Akaki,
After expiry of License you get 30 days grace period for renewal of your license.
after passing grace period you can't get the renewal prices.
However in renewal phases you get 20-30% discount from retail prices.
