SEP 11.0.1000.1375 Re-Installation Failed

Forgot to include the install is x86, on a Windows 2003 R2 SP2 Enterprise host fully MS patched.

"Return value 3" is listed twice. The first is:

Any Ideas?

try installing LiveUpdate separately first... SEP is having problems registering with LU

So, I had to uninstall LiveUpdate, and completly reinstall it. I was worried about this due to this being the SEPM server, but it seems to be ok. After the reinstall of LiveUpdate, the install of the SEP client is no problem. Thanks.
