SEP 11.0.5 Client - Client User Interface - Lockdown

    I have disabled the ability for a group of clients to not change settings on the client
    However the can still open the change settings option?

    Strangely I do have one client who cant open change settings.- (which is what i would like for all)

    All users have the latest policies!

    (I have tested applying other policies and this works fine)

    HELP
