SEP 11.0.5 configuration

Hi Guys I need your help!! I have installed SEP 11.0.5 and deployed the agents successfully. The problem is that am unable to view the clients  from the managemnt console. what could be wrong? Your assistance will be highly appreciated

you need to check this document
make sure that windows firewall is off on client and also on the server.

In the client GUI go to Help and support---->troubleshooting and check for the Group and server.Check in the corresponding group in server.
