    Hello,

I had a couple machines recently boot up bast bios, through the windows xp splash, but then only come up with black screen and moveable mouse. It will boot to safemode and hard drive does check out good when I ran diag. We have sep manager running on our network and around 100 clients all running sep 11.06. My question, is there a way to run a scan when booting from something like winpe? When safe mode just isnt working, but I am able to boot to winpe, can I force a full scan from the command prompt? I would think I could just cd to the c: where sep is installed and force the scan executable, but im just not sure where its located or any other commands that need to go along with it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can run the SERT tool with the latest definitions to scan these systems.

You can download the tool from Fileconnect.
