    Hi,

We recently updated to SEP 11.0.6005.562, few of clients are showing "there are multiple plroblems (5)". Antivirus and Antispyware Protection" and Proactive Threat Protection" are off. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling SEP client, no help, have unitalled AV automatic (both Add remove program and through instalaltion setup) no help.
Scanned the HDD, by connecting as secondry, no help. Support tools shows SPBBDrv, SRTSP, SEP, WPShelper stopped.

    Screenshots of errors are attached.

Please advice, how to handle it.

    Regards,
    Ankur

    ankur as pete said,

after installation of SEP client you have to reboot host...

and if after reboot it shows that proactive threat protection, or antivirus and antyspiware components are off

then you have to see in management console (may be there is turned off a check mark on those options)

systems are rebooted after every installation, and uninstalltion. Had even performed manual removal of SEP. Server's components are ON, as its happening only with few systems.

You can try to run the Cleanwipe on the machine that encounter this problem, then re-install the SEP client.

One more finding, systems have "Client for Microsoft Sharing" in network card properties. It suspecious to be Trojan (might have affeted for no AV), found nothing about it on Symantec webside.
