Is SEP 11/12 supported on Surface RT?

It does work as I have it installed on a few. Although I can't find much in the documentation to state that it is officially supported. But it's basically just a Windows 8 install and Windows 8 is supported in SEP 12.1 RU2 and up.

There is a known issue where SEP won't install on a fully patched Win8 box. See KBA here

You would need to disable Windows Defender and remove KB2781197 before installing SEP.

SEP 11.x is not supported on Windows 8.

For the time being  SEP is not supported on Surface.

It's very slick. The few users here that have it absolutely love it. Now, just waiting on official support from Symantec, fingers crossed for it soon
