The SEP client show that there are multiple problems.

"Internet Email auto-protect is disabled."
"Outlook Auto-Protect is disabled."
"Click Fix all to fix all problems or click details for more information."

So few issues going on.   There is no fix button to click unless you give the client admin right on the local machine.
Once you give the client admin right and a reboot the fix button appears.
Then the SEP will go to green and everything is fixed.

So then they reboot or shut down for the night.
Next morning same thing. Show multiple problems.

I have removed the install.  Re-installed.
Using the same package that I used on the other 4000 machines with no issues.

What is wrong?

hi

took this from the forum

lets check this first

go start run & type rsop.msc- it will open a new window.
--> Under computer configrations go to windows setting-- then security setting & click on the system services.. On the right hand side find SEP serivices & check if there is any thing under stratup.

Hi Camaroguy, A couple of

Hi Camaroguy,

A couple of things to start.  Does this only happen on this one client?  The other 4000 machines are fine?

Let's start on the client having issue.

Open the local client SEP interface.
Click Help and Support (upper right corner)
Click Troubleshooting.
Click Export on "Troubleshooting data"
Save the file

take a screenshot of the current SEP troubleshooting window and attach to this threat.  (blackout any company data if shown)
take a screenshot of the main SEP window showing the issue (alerts)
Send me the saved attachment (via connect inbox, don't post in the public forum)

Do the same from a client that is not having the issue, that should be the same as the client with issues.

I'll take a peek at that information and see if we can find somewhere to start.

Is the package in user mode

Is the package in user mode or computer mode?

I would like you to try & install an unmanaged client & see how it behaves?
