We are trying to build Terminal Server Environment (Popularly known as Thin Clients) with Windows 2003 Server and TLink  NC100 ( www.tlinkindia.com ) Thnin Clinets Computers. Our Windwos 2003 server is running on Original Intel S3000AH Real Server Board with 2GB ECC DDR-2 RAM with Intel Quad-Core Xeon 3220 2.4GHz CPU.

Windows 2003 installation happenes smoothly. And Thnin Clients also works smoothly, with all policy assignments. However, it falied all time in following permutations and combinations.

#1. First we have installed Windows 2003 server. Then install Multi user NetComputer software. Things get installed smoothly till this time.
The moment we try to install SEP 11.x the Server gives Physical Dump Memory. Both in Mamanged Environment aswell as unmanaged environment.

#2.F irst we have installed Windows 2003 server. Then install SEP 11.x in unmanaged mode. Things get installed smoothly till this time.
The moment we try to install the Multi user NetComputer software, the Server gives Physical Dump Memory on the next restart.

First hand telephonic response from Symantec Telesupport has asked us to remove Firewall & Network thgreat protection. We have disabled the same, but the probelm does not disappears.

Please assist.

So you have only installed

So you have only installed the AV part, not all the others components ?

Are your installing in install mode?

We have installed all

We have installed all components, but later removed Firewall, as suggested earlier.

64-bit system?

Is it a 64-bit version Windows 2k3? If so, definitely only go for the AV-component.
Also, if 32-bit, start with AV only any way, just to see what it says...
