I'm having this problem with my beta SEP. Is this just a cosmetic bug or something other is going on?
What version of Internet explorer are you using ?
Is the client online (managed ) or self managed ?
If managed is it talking to the Sep manager ?
I'm using IE9. Unmanaged Client.
from the screen shot I dont find any issues.
AV has the latest definition,
NTP and PTP definition will not be same as PTP,
AV defs will be release daily,
however NTP, PTP will be released when they are available.
I have a client with SEP 11 installed. It has May 16 definitions on all features AV, PTP and NTP, is it any different from the definitions which is issued in SEP beta?
No; definitions will be almost same for products; you can check what latest defs from here.

subscribe to the feeds; u wil be notified everyday and u can check with the updates.

Ideally u should have these defs.

Yes that's the problem, it is not updating to the latest. I've tried reinstallnig NTP and PTP but still the problem exists.
I have exactly the same problem with exactly the same dates on my clients. Virus defs are updating properly, the others aren't. Is this a problem with Symantec not having the proper signatures on the defs?
The SEP12 client updates from a different location to production LiveUpdate - it enables us to publish different (beta) content. Currently we are publishing updated AV content to this location, but the IPS and SONAR content is not being as frequently updated. The dates you are seeing in your clients are normal and expected at this point in time.

I've been trying to update my SEP12 client through liveupdate adminstrator 2.3 that we use for SEP11. Does this work? Are there any extra products I have to download to make SEP12 work?
