Hi i have upgrade to SEP 12 and implement all 3 features and also device control.

My device control is block  USB devices.

However after i did a restart, my network connectors all cant work. i did a ipconfig it didnt show the ip address.

Only Some machines are affect. I uninstall SEPM and the network is up again. However for other affected machines, i cant uninstall sep client at all!

There is no SEP services and the icon is not there!

Under the control panel, there is no sep there! i am stuck. Is there a way to uninstall?

I can only see there is SEP folder installed.

Need help urgently thanks

CleanWipe

Hello,

What version of SEP 12 (SEP 12.0 or SEP 12.1), did you use??

I would request you go with manual Uninstallation Steps (as pete suggested above) OR log a case on web portal to receive CleanWipe version 12.1 Utility.

QuickStart Guide - Create and Manage Support Cases in SymWISE

How to update a support case and upload diagnostic files with MySupport

Create and manage your Support case through MySymantec

Hope that helps!!
