cant find SEP 12 download @ SYMANTEC CONNECT for my serial number M********

any email id available to contact SYMANTEC INDIA for support?

Hello,

Please Note: If incase you do not see the SEP 12.1 RU2 Release on Fileconnect, you may see the same in coming few days on your Fileconnect Account.

OR

You may like to try contacting the Symantec Licensing Department and they may provide you with the Temporary Serial number, with which you could download the Latest SEP 12.1 RU2 version.

Hi,

SEP 12.1 RU2 available for download  might be in English Edition only.

For local languages you might have to wait for few more days. (Probably till 30th Nov'12)

For suites you might have to wait till December.

Could you please confirm whether you are you able to download it or not?
