  • 1.  SEP 12.1 and Rightfax

    Are there any special settings that I need to run these two applicaitons together.  My rightfax admin is saying that SEP is breaking the Notes Email gateway, but the system itself does not have any details showing what it is doing.  More so, it appears that installing SEP 12.1 overwrote a Rightfax DLL that was a part of a fixpack.  After the fix pack was re-applied the notes gateway began to function once more in debug mode.

    Do SEP and rightfax have issues with one another or is it possible I just need some exclusions or is there a possible other issue that just make it seem as though SEP is to blame?

    is it seen on all systems with rightfax?

    I suggest you to open a support ticket.

    Hmm, this does not sound good.

    We don't have SEP 12 yet, but will get it sometime soon. This makes me very keen to know what the answer is.

    We only have the one RightFax server and I don't have anything to prove it even is SEP causing the issue, but that is what I am being told, so I wanted to see if there are others runnign SEP and rightfax and if they have any special settings to allow rightfax.
