    On two computers out of fifteen, after starting Windows, a very long time to load and log errors.

    After some time computer starts working normally.

    do you login using terminal services/RDP?

    can you check to have  new users log on to the computer locally before using the new user account in a remote session?

    since I could find an article realted to SAV and the solution given over there is to have local signon before using the RDP/terminal

    Not using RDP. On PC push start, PC starting, Windows starting, user enter login - PC hung.

     

    PS: my Symantec 12v, not 10v.

    yes, I'm aware that you using 12.1, since I could see related information on SAV & not on SEP, I wanted you to try the suggestions in case if you are using RDP :-).

    Since you not using the RDP, can you check what is the difference on these 2 computers when compared to other 13?

    1) Programs is different

    2) These two computers are in a remote location via DSL modem. With previous versions of the antivirus was not a problem, the modem is not restricting traffic regulations.

    I looked at all that could have influenced the malfunctioning antivirus and found nothing.
