    Is Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 compiteble with SAMBA Server ? if it is compiteble what is recomendation ?

    Do you mean, can you install SEP client on it or will the SEP firewall block it's traffic?

    You should not see an issue with the firewall doing any blocking
