Hi, is SEP 11.0 and 12.1 compatible with Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 DFS replication?
12.1 is compatible for both 2008/2012
11.x is not compatible for 2012 but is for 2008 depending on the version you have.

Hi, sorry to re-open this, but neither of these links mention Windows Server 2000 Standard. Same question as above. Thanks. :)
SEP 11.x supports 2000 while 12.1 does not support 2000 and will not install.

Sorry, further clarification, this was for both Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2, not for Windows 2000. Apparently the concern was that because both OSes are different that they may not be compatible with the latest version of SEP.
with SEP 12.1.4 both the OSes are covered.
Anyways Symantec announced EOL for SEP 11, so you should be moving all the clients to 12.
SEP 11.x still supports 2008 and 2008 r2 per the doc...just need to be at 11 RU5 or higher for 2008 and 2008 R2. 2008 R2 SP1 requires 11 RU7 and higher.
Ideally, you want to be at 12.1 with 11.x recently hitting the EOL process.
