SEP 12.1 RU 2 installation get interrupting,kinldy find the SST log attached.
Not able to see logs ?
Can you attach again logs..

Log is collected from New SST (SymHelp.exe)
Do you have fresh install SEPM 12.2 ?
Did you complete all system requirement ?
As per log found 3 error.

Error code 1067 is when the process terminated unexpectedly.
Could you please let us know if you are having enough permissions to install the SEP on the client machine?
You are install SEP 12.1 RU2 on an XP SP3 machine which is completely supported.
Could you make sure you are run the setup.exe as an Administrator and check if that helps!!

check the X mark. is the permission set to administrator?
check the sep_inst.log and serach for return value 3 to know the reason

But SEP 11 get install sucessfully
SEP 11 and SEP 12.1 System requirement are some different.you can fulfill this requirement and check are you able or not install sepm 12.
No, i am stiil confuse with the Query. Please clarify:
1. Are you trying to indstall SEPM or SEP??
2. If its an installation issue, please uploda the SEP_INST Log.
3. SST will help in post installation troubleshooting, so how come SST generated Installation log.
Correct me if my queries are worng.
