Try the following steps and see if it helps:

Go to teh SEPM and then to the Admin tab and then to Licenses.

Select the license that shows associated and in the tasks you would find an option to Recover a deleted License.

Select the same and click next and get the additional license.

    Hello,

    First;

    1. Click on "Recovery Deleted License File" under Admin>Licenses to see the licenses which have been associated with the first one. Select them and click on submit.
    2. The deleted licenses should now be correctly in the SEP  manager.
If the issue continue perform the following steps:

1 - Stop the Service Manager.

2 - Make a backup of the folder "C: \ Program Files \ Symantec \ Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager \ Inectpub \ License".

3 - Delete all files in the License.

4 - Make a Repair in the Manager through the Add / Remove Programs

5 - Import the license file again.

If the issue continue only try recovery license again.

Again, this issue seems to be Resolved in the Latest SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1 version.

    Hope that helps!!

You will just need to contact Customer Care to have them look up your renewal serial number. You will then be able to import the license file or enter in the serial number to add in the additional year of support that will take you out to 2013.

In other situations, if you had a couple 10 pack licenses with the same end date, you may need to go in and recover a deleted license but in your case, you just need the renewal serial number to activate.

you seem to be using the same license file. if you have purchased another 10 , you need to locate the correct slf file to activate it.

try pointing to a different slf, if it is not working you have to contact the customer care.
