  • 1.  SEP 12.1 Management Server is missing data

    Posted Mar 01, 2012 09:01 AM

For some reason my SEPM is displaying incomplete data and is simply displaying Not Available for some of my product definitions, even though the clients themselves show they have definitions installed.

I am currently running 12.1 RU1 and this was an upgrade from v11 RU7.  Other aspects of the product appear to be functioning except for this missing/inaccurate data.  I know v12.1 had a similar bug, bug that was resolved in RU1, but even then, this issue is different.

SONAR definitions display as "out of date"
    Fix ID:
    2522692
Symptom: When SONAR definitions are up-to-date, they display as “out-of-date” on the SEPM server.
Solution: The SONAR definition version was not formatted correctly in the database. The formatting was resolved to prevent this issue.

can you post the sylink log from one of the system?

can you delete one client from console and check if it start reflecting correctly?

I will enable sylink logging on one of the clients.

Unfortunately, since we are AD synchronized, deleting a client requires its removal from Active Directory.
