    We have installed SEP 12.1 beta and have found that when doing a right-click scan on folder or file it it doesn't complete or falls into a frozen state.

    What is the Client OS and is it 32 or 64 bit OS.

    Does it freeze indefinitely or for a few seconds?

    It is on a Windows 2008 R2 (64bit) Server and it has been hanging for 5 days now. We need to restart the server to get rid of the scan.

    Just a note; this is happening on the SEPM itself we will need to test if it happens on client computer as well.
