Yet another problem today. I have a SEP 12.1 RU2 client that will not connect back to the SEPM. This is the first time I've seen this issue and Google has absolute no reference, except for the error Inet code which references "Error 12019: ERROR_INTERNET_INCORRECT_HANDLE_STATE (The requested operation cannot be carried out because the handle supplied is not in the correct state)"

Strangely, I can ping the SEPM by IP and hostname. I can telnet to the port. I've replaced the Sylink (which I know works). No other NIC's are on the device. The routing is working fine. I've re-installed SEP as well.
