  • 1.  SEP 12.1 RU2 Installer "Wizard was interrupted"

    Hi I am having issues with 3 Windows Server 2003 machines that had SEP12.1 RU2 running fine. I proceeded to upgrade those machines to  Windows Server 2008 R2 and the SEP icon reported that its not functioning properly. I proceeded to uninstall, and reinstall. No go, received "Wizard was interrupted" upon reinstallation. Did CleanWipe, reboot and reinstalled but still received the same "Wizard was interrupted" error. Have no access to the logs yet...

     

    Any ideas?

    Can you post SEP_INST.log file

    Can you share error screen shot ?

    Can you please try installing the latest version i.e. SEP 12.1.4

    did you use adminitrator credentials?

    the install log will help to know the cause of failure.

    Hello,

    I am afraid, to had to uninstall SEP before upgrading your Windows Servers and then reinstall it.

    Please, attach  both SEP_INST.log and SIS_INST.log (I mean, do not copy and paste them but use the option "file attachments" below).
