Was the database schema changed between SEP 12.1 RU2 and SEP 12.1 RU3?

    Regards,

DB schema will be same untill new features are added. Few issues are resolved in Ru3 but i dont see any new features added.

New fixes and features in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.3

This document on page 21 references to the same DB schema of 12.1

Thankyou Rafeeq for answering the actual question and not just posting URL's spuriously.

I think you mean page 24 (of the release notes), under the section "Where to get more information about Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition, and Symantec Network Access Control", which does not say outright that the same schema is used. It says only that "Each product includes the appropriate subset of the following documentation:" The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Database Schema Reference is on that list because that is documentation that we provide for releases.

If an updated schema guide is released, it would appear on this Documentation page. Check back.
