You can try 64 bit sep client package ?

You need to create 32 bit sep package then install sep client,You can try to install 64 bit sep package on 32 bit OS.

Your machine has 32 bit OS, what you are trying to install is a 64 bit app, from the log it says

    " E:\Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12.1.4112.4156 - English\Sep64.msi "

ask your collegue to export and give you a 32 bit package.
