Hi There. I'm new to this forum!

I'm currently running SEP 12.1 RU1 on virtualised Web Interface servers - Windows Server 2008.  The SEP service appears to stop and the only real error I can find is listed below.  A reboot will resolve the issue temporarily but sooner or later I'm faced with the same problem.

Event ID 1000

Faulting Application name: ccSVChst.exe , version 10.2.0.7

Can anyone help????

Many Thanks

Have you tried running the clean wipe utility.

Homer - Many thanks for getting back to me.  Do you have a link to the clean wipe utility?  What exactly does the clean utility do??

On second thoughts, the clean wipe utility wouldn't resolve the issue as the clients are created a from an image.  Each time the client is rebooted it reverts to the same base image

To get the utility, you would have to contact tech support or log a case online and ask for it.

You could try and see if that would help resolve the issue and yes, reboot would be done for sure.

if not then may you would have to try to uninstall it manually.
