  • 1.  SEP 12.1.2015 Windows Server 2012 client gives "Product error requires attention" error.

    We are using SEP 12.1.2015 in Windows Server 2012 client. Error diplays when connected to client server and dissapears in a short time. There is no connection or communication problem, SEP works normally. Erorr says " Product error requires attention" you can display in attachment. What is this error means, i could find any information about this error.

    Suggest you to download and install 12.1.3 

    12.1.2 was the first release to support 2012. There were few issues. Run 12.1.3 should fix it

    Try installing the Latest version of Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU3  and check if the same issue appears.
