Facing a big issue while installing sep 12.1ru4 on windows 7 machine, I have tried many system but still no luck, not even single system. No error, nothing is appearing.

I just want to install sep 12.1.4 manually on all windows 7  system. Please help me.

Did you upgrading or new installation ?

Can you post SEP_INST.log file

Are you creating the install program from a SEPM using default installation settings? or have you built a custom silent install package that doesn't give any prompts?

Also make sure you are not trying to install a 32bit version on a 64bit operating system and vice versa.

Check some articles how to create SEP package and check UAC and firewall are should be disabled

disable UAC and use local administrator account to install.

if it fails pass on the install log.

I am using SEP 12.1.4 setup.exe and installing manually. I am from IT Team and have all rights but then to not able to install it.

From where i can get SEP_INST.log file.

You can find %TEMP%

from start --. run type %temp% and serach for this file.
