Is anyone here successfully running Application and Device Control on an HP Blade running Citrix with SEP 12.1.5?

I ask because the presence of the ADC feature on my servers, even with no policy, takes login time from about 10 seconds (no ADC) to about 40 seconds and that's with no users connected to the box.  Uninstallation of ADC solves the problem.

We are not experiencing the problem on similarly-configured VM servers.

    Hi,

Make sure best practices are followed.

    That doesn't help at all.

And when will Symantec produce modern documentation?

Enable the Loggin, WPP logs should help you out to diagnose the issue

Any Specific reason why are you installing ADC on Citrix Servers ??

Any specific reason why I shouldn't?  I install as much of the feature set as is reasonable.  They're features that we pay for, after all.  And Symantec questions why customers don't use as much of the product as they can.

I set the sysplant service to disabled and rebooted and no more problem.  Same effect as uninstalling ADC but at least we can narrow it down to that driver.

Its great that you have already isolated the issue at ADC.

To debug more its better to open support case.
