  • 1.  SEP 12.1.5 client communication issue

    I have installed the SEP 12.1.5 (only AV) on windows 2003 server (removed the old sep 12.1.1) and after the installation sep clients is not communication to SEPM 12.1.5.

    Steps done :-

     

    Replaced sylink through console,manuall - no improment

     

    Client does not able to register with SEPM console

     

    Ran the sylink debug logg and finding are

    Can you run the symhelp tool to see what it returns. May need to open a supoprt case.

    Try it

    500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR clients are not able to register with the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

    Try to remove sep client again with the help of cleanwipe tool then try to reinstall new fresh sep client package.
