    Hi,

     

    I have a client who migrate his parc machine to office 2016. All his Windows 7 stations have SEP 12.1.6.

    Since this Office 2016 migration, he note some freeze when users write a doc with word 2016 or create an email wih Outlook 2016.

    Anyone know an incompatibility issue between Office 2016 and SEP 12.1.6 ?

    I will see with him, if SEPM have the lastest version 12.1.6 MP3 (i think that his SEPM have a 12.1.6 MP2 version).

    None that I know of. What components are enabled? What happens if SEP is disabled?

    Hi,

    My customers tested with SEP 12.1.6 MP3 on pc client and there is no freeze issue with office 2016. He will upgrade his SEPM and clients to 12.1.6 MP3.
