  • 1.  SEP 12.1.6 MP5 does not install on Surface Pro 4 Windows 10

    Hi,

    Please could I have assistance with installing the SEP client on a Windows 10 64bit Microsoft Surface Pro 4

    Upon performing a complete system rebuild of this Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10 64bit the system will no longer boots immediately after installing SEP 12.1.6 MP5.

    Do I need to install an eariler version first?

    Install on Antivirus and Antispyware component, do not include NTP, check that boots properly.

    Thanks for this info.

    I've managed to answer my own query. The version of SEP which successfully installs is 12.1.6 MP3.

    After which the client can be upgraded to 12.1.6 MP5 via SEPM.
