SEP 12.x on Terminal Server , proactive works?

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hello,

on SEP 11.x I know that Proactive protection threath is not supported on Terminal Server (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...)  , but I don't know if is the same for SEP 12.x. Hav you know isn't again unsupported on terminal?

hi,

Yes

Proactive Threat Protection it's supported on terminal server,

In Sep 11 PTP not supported on 64 bit Server os.

 SONAR (the new proactive threat protection) in SEP12 will install and works on all platforms, 32/64 bit, servers, workstations, etc.
