If you do , contact them , they will be able to help

If not , you may want to try your Symantec Software Vendor .... They should have an account manager if they're a large reseller.

I'd kill for a comprehensive course in managing and administering SEP/SEM.  Well, not literally kill..... that's illegal.

@brav: Yes, we do have an account manager. I shall be speaking with our symantec consultants about this. Hands on is good but training and certs really defines us... Just my thoughts.

If u have a partnernet ID you can register for various ttrainings listed Zone and course wise.

I think you can try the virtual class if the instructor led class is not avialable, I never tried by myslef, but I heard it was pretty good, you can access to the computer lab to finish the test and someone can also answer your questions.
