    Hi All,

    We are using SEPM 11 RU7

    We are going to update our Desktop OS Windows XP to Windows 8

    Just let me know SEP Agent Support Windows 8 , if yes then share the article

    Novemeber 6th is the release that supports Windows 8

    Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 does not support windows 8.

    SEP 12.1 RU 2 will be release 6th november 2012

    Is Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 (SEP 12.1) supported on Microsoft Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012?

    Hi gagandeepgulati,

    There are no plans for Windows 8 support with the older SEP 11 product.  Win8 will be fully supported when the new SEP 12.1 RU2 launches, though there is no guaranteed release date at this time.  "Early November" is all that can be said.
