Hi - I was wondering if anyone has been able to integrate Altiris & SEP using the Notification Server (NS) SEP connector.

I'm running SEPM in a test environment with SQL 2000 SP4.  Running Altiris NS 6.0 (SP 3 + R6).  It seems like NS is not able to pull the basic inventory data from the SEPM database.  All configurations on the Altiris side seem to be correct...

Thanks,
Fede

Yes...I managed to get my SEPIC talking to my SEPM and found the "Symantec Endpoint Protection Integration Component 6.0 Help" PDF (http://www.altiris.com/Support/Documentation.aspx#s) quite useful.  Ensure that your database name/credentials are correct on your Altiris SEP Basic Data Imports (Configuration) page.  You should be able to test the connection using the lightning-bolt icon at the top of that page.  I used all SEP defaults when setting up the SQL db so both my Database Name and User are "sem5" with "dbo" as my Schema.
