I'm having problems running GoToAssist in conjunction with SEP. When I setup advanced rule for GoToAssist in SEP, it was pointing to a certain path which includes a the version number i.e. C:\Program Files\Citrix\GoToAssist\209\Customer etc. The other day GoToAssist attampted to upgrade the client version but failed to work there after as there was a new version number and its been installed in a different path C:\program Files\Citrix\GoToAssist\223\Customer etc. This has affected our Internet based users as now GoToAssit doesn't work as its blocked.
Would anyone know if there is anywhere in SEP to setup a rule allowing an executable to run without it being path specfic?
