  • 1.  SEP and Qwest DSL Routers

    Has anyone heard of any issues with SEP MR3 -RU6 having an issue with Qwest DSL router and Nortel VPN clients. We are seeing that Qwest users are unable to VPN in with SEP enabled. If they disable SEP they can VPN and then re-enable SEP after VPN is established. Seems to only happen with Qwest DSL though, Comcast and other ISP not affected.

    Sorry for the very late response, I just found your post way down the list.

    Try enabling logging on the SEP firewall. See what traffic is being blocked, then modify the ruleset to allow traffic for the Nortel clients.  As a quick test you can create an "Allow All" rule at the top of your FW policy and see if the problem goes away.
