Most of the clients in my office always having slow updates from our GUP, be it AV, PTP, or NTP definitions. I can't use LiveUpdate since the admin has restricted it.
One thing I always do is to update them manually by "copying and replacing the definitions folders, from a good and updated client to the clients with old definitions."
I know how to replace and update:
1. AV definition - from folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\VirusDefs
2. PTP definition - from folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\SyKnApps
3. NTP definition - ???
Anyone please help to advise, where is the source folder in our machine for NTP definition that I can use to "copy and replace" to other machines?
