Hi guys,

Last time i got posted regarding my SEP client having this status : "Auto Protect Off"

I send every client command from SEPM to enable the Auto Protect, and i monitor it until it complete and successful. but when i generate back the report on the next day. the same client is still listed with the status is Off.

What should i do?

Did you try a repair on the client via add/remove programs?

Nope. I only send the command via SEPM to enable the Auto Protect

Send enable the Auto Protect command does not help if sep client corrupted some reason,you need to remove sep client or repair sep client.you can check proper disk space available or not on problematic system,One of reason if you are not locked disabled sep client feature some of user are disabled that feature.If you are not going to one by one client you can removed that client and reinstall sep client and protected your sep client service.

If you are using 11.X version the report might be incorrect, did you check the client? does it show AP disabled?

Also did you try to repair the SEP client from Add / Remove

Yes. Im using version 11.0.6x and i found out some of the clinet in the report list is not in the SEPM client list

i di not check on client coz the it out of my reach.
