I send every client command from SEPM to enable the Auto Protect, and i monitor it until it complete and successful. but when i generate back the report on the next day. the same client is still listed with the status is Off.
Send enable the Auto Protect command does not help if sep client corrupted some reason, you need to remove sep client or repair sep client.you can check proper disk space available or not on problematic system,One of reason if you are not locked disabled sep client feature some of user are disabled that feature. If you are not going to one by one client you can removed that client and reinstall sep client and protected your sep client service.
To Remotely Uninstall SEP clients via the SEPM using the Competitive Uninstall tool on CD2 check the below link.
