  • 1.  the SEP client cant connect to the manger server

    Hi every body

    I have problem on the EndPoint client which intalled on the endpoint manager  server it is showing offline , i tried every thing, replaced the Sylink,iremoved  the clinet and reinstall it again but still it is off line i need help.

    Not : The client is on the same mangement server.

    Check Domain name/IP adress restrictions

    Open IIS Manager- WebSites- Go to properties of Symantec Web Server-Directory Securty-IP address Domain Name restrictions-make sure nothing is listed over there.if anything is there remove it.
