Hello team,
Even after i disable SEP client firewall, it shows enabled in SEPM
What version? See here:
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH203713
Yes.. known issue, upgrade to latest version 12.1.5
Managed SEP 12.1 client shows Firewall as enabled although its firewall policy is disabled in the SEPM
I am using 12.1 RU4 MP1a in SEPM 12.1 RU4 in SEP client
if its locked from SEPM, even if you disable it gets enabled on next heart beat. did you try disabling from SEPM?
I have actuallt ran command on client from SEPM to disable NTP, and watching the command status and it shows 0% and also the firewall status shows "enabled' on SEPM..but no idea if its disabled or enabled on the actual client.
Try to restart SEPM services or possible restart the SEPM server. then check the status
SEP clients did not run the command sent from SEPM and SEPM monitor showed 0% command finished
