SEP client package does not install
Created: 24 Feb 2013 | Updated: 24 Feb 2013 | 7 comments
Hi,
I' m trying to use the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console to deploy the SEP Client packages. I schedule the update to run at a specific time and the update notification is triggered on my client end, however nothing happens. The client package does not run or install. How can I fix this? Are there any logs or stuff that I can check to tell what's wrong?
Many Thanks
J.mills

How to Deploy Symantec Endpoint Protection to your client computers using the Migration and Deployment Wizard.
If you right-click one of the affected clients in the SEPM console and look at the properties - what status do you see under:
- deployments status
- deployment message
Any indication that the client has rejected the installation package?
Can you double check if the correct 32/64bit version of package is assigned? and the correct language installation package as well?
