This issue has been solved. See solution.

I am trying to install SEP 12 on Windows XP, but during installing the setup.exe give rollback, and do not finish the install.

Please navigate to Start > Run and type %temp%

Look for SEP_INST log and post it here for review.

There can be various reasons for Roll Back. As adviced by Brian please upload the SEP_INST Log file to get the accurate reasona and solution
