On my SEP client it does not have the green button to show that it is online. It also shows that the server is offline but in reality the server is online. How do I get them to sync again? I tried following the instructions from this website: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH199124.html but the search function is broken and I am unable to find any computers to send the udpate to.
