Through Altiris you can only get the detail of that system where sep installed or where it not available but for unmanaged system information you only get it from SEP Server.

If you install the SEP Integration Component, you can perform Antivirus Inventory to gather detail on the SEP status of clients in your environment. This will tell you managed vs. unmanaged. You can read more here:

SEPIC is free and can be installed through the Symantec Installation Manager (SIM). Then you need to run the Antivirus Inventory task that comes with SEPIC, after which you can take advantage of the reports and dashboards that come with SEPIC.
