Hi,

My query is can we still uninstall SEP clinet, if we forget the uninstall password.I dont remember the password, what are the ways to recover the SEP password, there is no communication with between SEP & SEPM, also it is not a unmanged client.

What version of SEP 12.1 are you running?

Cleanwipe is the best solution, if you are looking only for uninstalling of SEP client (without password)

FYI - these three threads you posted - they are for older version of SEP client - these workarounds no longer works now due to tamper control and you no longer can stop/start the service.

Unfortunately, _shk haven't specified the SEP 12.1 version.

I have lastest version SEP 12.1.6....

If you have the latest version of cleanwipe, you should be fine. It will do the removal, even with a password in place.
