  • 1.  SEP Client Uninstall with Cleanwipe

    I have multiple problems with an SEP client and can't uninstall it.  I have read various posts on the subject and want to use Cleanwipe.  How do I get a copy.  My client is v 12.1.4013.4013.105

    Its located in the tools folder on your download iso. Otherwise support can provide a copy.

    Please note that Symantec only recommends using the CleanWipe tool as the final solution for removal of our product, the proper uninstallation steps should always be tried first.

    If you are not able to open a case, there are manual removal documents available that can help you with removing all traces of the SAV/SEP product.
