SEP client version 12 rollbacks during installation with the following sep_inst.log

Hi
On one of out network important computers Symantec Endpoint Protection was damaged so the support team unistalled SEP to install again.
I want to install SEP on a Windows 7 x64 but it rollbacks with the attached log.
I have run the cleanwipe utility but again installation rollbacks.
I have attached the sepm_inst.log to this forum.
It is good to mention that the computer is very important and i cannot change the support team cannot change the Windows.
Would you please kindly help to resolve the issue?

Actually i have tried Cleanwipe for about three times but again SEP client roll backs.
HI,
Try to use Cleanwipe tool and restart server after install sep client.

Thank you for giving a good link ,but it is good to mention that i am using Windows 7 X64 and in the document in the environment part the document is for Windows Server 2003 SP2 (32BIT)
Agree with the above mentioned comments. Contact tech support and get the clean wipe uitlity, make sure that you read its DISCLAIMER before you use the same and then try to re-install the SEP client.

I have used Cleanwipe utility for about three times but it rollbacks again.
I was wondering we were free of Rollback issue from version 11.6300 ,but it seems that the issue has come back again.... .
Why don't you try the manual clean up and see if that helps, I'm sure its nothing but a registry key problem.

FYI: As what is mentioned by Ashish that could only be done for verion 11.0 and not for 12.1.

Think this is possible
Create a x64BIT .msi package and use it onto the client machine. Install the LUSetup.exe first followed by .msi installer.
