I had also check network traffic and packet log but there is not show any block information. After that i had also disabled SEP client firewall and exculde local IP address on intrusen prevesion. Hi Baljeet,

You mean to say after disabling the Firewall (NTP) component of SEP,  VPN connection disconnects every four hours without droping any logs?

Did you tried checking the network Logs using any othe utilities.

Try this:

Remove/uninstall Network Threat Protection from that machine and leave the other components as it is.

Disable Proactive Threat Protection and check the result.

Check the SONAR threat log to see if it may be blocking it.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1: VPN client is identified as a potential risk by SONAR
